DreamField.se has posted a video of the iPhone Operating System running on a Mac Pro with a multi-touch monitor that can go landscape mode and portrait. The firmware used it believed to be one of the 2.x versions and seems to be running really smoothly. It is used the same way as an iPhone, tap an icon to open the application, etc, except for one thing, the home button which is replaced by a remote.
