RapidRepair has disassembled the iPhone 3G S and also posted a guide on how to do it. Inside the iPhone they found the following:
- CPU - Samsung S5PC100
- ARM Cortex A8 600 MHz, PowerVR SGX graphics
- Baseband Processor - Updating soon
- Storage - Internal 16/32 GB
- Memory - 256 MB RAM
- LCD - 3.5-inch 480-by-320-pixel at 163 ppi Multi-Touch display
- Connectivity - UMTS/HSDPA (850, 1900, 2100 MHz), GSM/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
